Yelling Goat on Central ave in Lancaster. Formerly the Fireside. Tuesday's are buy an order of wings get one free. Pizzas are outstanding and burgers huge. It's sister restaurant of Tantilis in EA. Definitely recommend it.

Not for dinner but an anytime snack. Venison jerky just hit the oven. Store bought original blend and doctored up with soy sauce , chili powder , red hot pepper flakes , teriyaki and a dash of worchestshire.

Is that ground with the seasoning added and jerky shooter ? I bought a shooter and used it once. Didn't like the finished product and we used the jerky as dog treats. I do however make killer jerky with muscle meat , the store bought mix and cure but dr. it up a bunch. Matter of fact you've inspired me to make some tomorrow.

good ratio Lots of fox equals not so many coyotes. Not so many coyotes means lots of deer ? At least that's what I learned here ????

thats a great season. How's he doing on coyotes ? There's a guy in PA that catches 1000 plus fox every year. Crazy ! I look forward to his fur covered barn pic each year. That's devotion.

my brother talks to one of the head guys at fish and wildlife. When he wants good trout reports on the Wiscoy he calls up my brother. Pretty sure Caledonia didn't freeze last year as everything else did. Mergansers got in and cleaned house of the trout.
