Lol take chips on a big ass cookie sheet and layer award wining pulled pork, fresh chopped tomatoes, fresh diced jalapeños, shredded cheese, quality chips and drizzle with Sticky Fingers and bake at 375 for 20 minutes until browning! The grad party Sunday The Bite Box Food Truck Fried Pickles with a roasted red pepper dip Hot Roast Beef Pita with hot roast beef, melted Swiss, caramelized onions, and homemade garlic aioli on a warm pita Chicken in a Waffle Cone with a waffle cone stuffed with bacon-chive mashed potatoes with bite sized breaded chicken with sriracha maple sauce Poutine with fries, gravy, cheese curd and chicken bites I made 15 pounds or so of my pulled pork that got rave reviews, I had to get a bigger hat! The wife made 7 pounds of taco meat for walking tacos And a couple huge pasta and chef salads No one left hungry!! And I would highly recommend the CNY based food truck the Bite Box they did excellent, I might commit assault for one of those Roast Beef Pitas!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
