I have a couple. A propane WSM and an electric Masterbuilt elite. The electric is the cats ass as I do not need to wake up every couple hours to check the temps. Neither is a traditional though with the offset smokebox and all that. That is my next toy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I did a 14 hour pork shoulder for pulled pork no pics. Also smoked some chicken legs and finished in the grill brushed with a garlic and honey mix. Came out very well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I live out in the country folks out here would laugh at the groomed criss cross manicured lawn! I lived in a development for over a decade next door to a drugged up pharmacist who mowed 6 times a week like an artist. Screw that race. I spent one summer as a teenager sealing driveways for some guy. That job did not have anything good about it. Start early, get covered in tar and sealer and bake your ass off all day every day. Haul tar, spread tar and clean tar and smell tar and taste tar and dream tar lol.........
