It does in my book lol. If I am shooting a bear it will be one of those blueberry bears with blue fat! Bears taste like what they eat and garbage bears taste like garbage. I wouldn't shoot one I wouldn't eat no matter how big.

10/20 am 39 Got done raining a bit before my walk in. Damp and drippy in the woods. Sat the ridge stand for 1.5 hours. The wind forecast was way off and the wind was not making me happy. I bugged out early. I did see one red fox right at sunrise.

I get the whole spectrum here. Blonde, greyish, redish, brown and even black though rare. I missed a giant black one quite a few years back when we walked into each other. He ran and stopped and I shot right under him with the bow. Saw him a lot over like 3 years then never saw him again. The ones here dont typically get as pure blonde as those though. Cool

10/19 pm 52 Out in the Stone stand for 2 hours. 30 minutes in I had a spike and small 6 point go by headed in the direction of all the ag down the road. That ended up being it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

10/18 am 34 Cold crisp morning out. Sat for 2 hours in the Stone stand, good wind, good temps no deerz. Leaves are falling fast this morn.

10/17 pm 52 Chicken Stand out back. Saw two for sure maybe a third cut across 70 yards out. Couldn't tell what but most likely doe fawn group. They may have been headed my way but about a minute earlier my neighbor was yelling his fool head off at his goats or donkey or something about 300 yards the far side of me.....Also saw 3 racoons that seriously needed weight watchers. Almost felt deery tonight. Will play the next few days by ear with the rain. Did finally have an older that 1.5 year old buck on cam just tearing up a scrape the other night.

Up and in the Chicken Stand. Pulled card to see what freshened scrapes the other day. At least something over a 1.5 yr old finally. Hopefully a prelude to his uncle, dad and grandad starting to roam lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Franks for sure of those two! Tabasco noooooo Cholula is a favorite here. I have a least 5 bottles of hot sauce going right now. A couple small batch ones that are suburb. Marie Sharps is another good one we like. I do avoid ones named colon lava, ass burns etc... I like hot flavor not hot to be hot.

10/16 pm 60 It was warm out so got a late trip down on state in a brush blind above the swamp. Mosquitoes were nasty. Sat 1.5 hours and was very uneventful.

10/15 pm 62 Sat the field edge for the last hour. Nothing but a rabbit.

10/15am 42 Ridge stand out back for 2.5 hors. Nice morn but no deer. Duck opened and heard hundreds of shots. Brought the 20lb propane tank out to the tower and opened it up and cleaned it out for the boy for crossbow at mid day.
