  10. Any of those shots are dead deer. I am joint you. Fishing for me this weekend woods ok Monday. Keep at it rob Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  11. Personally I would hunt it. The rain will help kill your scent and may put him on his feet as it will be colder. Can kill him if you don't try. I don't think chances are better the first time on stand. If that's the stand he walks by I'd be in it anytime the wind allows it. Good luck Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  12. 24 hrs Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  13. Yea probably have to be fixed before sale anyway bc of bank requirements...no these holes have to be manually dug underneath my house. 4 foot deep no equipment Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  14. As long as alone during bow season...plenty big enough to shoot... With a gun tho it have to be a big bear...for me tho. I agree with Wolc 150ish imo Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  15. Thanks you for the advice. I think I have found a guy he came out once to look and is comming back again with further details. Guarantees all his work along with no damage in the home and roof. Had a few good references with same type of work with pics....not the cheapest by far but I guess you get what you pay for. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  16. Probably around greenville sc area...hoping about 45 min outside city somewhere Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk Edit...gotta get house ready to sell by winter to put on market hopefully sell in spring possibly
  17. O yea different story here. Most blocks still usable too hardest part is the manual labor to dig the 8 to 12 4 foot deep holes for the concrete...honestly thought about doing myself but with time and hatred of digging figured I'd let professional do it. Orginal plan was to put basement in. All inclusive floor exterior walls drainage sump pump 2 windows and double doors dug out flush on back and level in the front wires plumbing all moved with 200 amp service installed is 32k....but now moving south Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  18. Also not modifying or setting up...just releveling no need for certification for that...I can do it myself if I want Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  19. Lol my house was put in 20 something years ago. They didn't have cares like nowadays. When I bought I didn't go thru a bank so inspection was basic. Guys who bought before me also no bank and was never notice untill last winter when my backdoor started acting goofy....and I hope your not a contractor I can get a full basement dug for 25k lol. Quotes I'm looking at now done to code are around 4k average Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  20. If do rattle nice and soft non aggressive...think of it as play fighting still Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  21. I personally will be taking my climber if I make it out and will shoot first legal deer by my stand Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  22. Before my decision to move south the orginal plan was to put full basement underneath as my spot would make for a sweet 2 story house. But bc I'm going south I just want to bring it up to par for next owners. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  23. One good part is all but the last 4 foot of house has decent access underneath. 9ne quote I have guy is digging holes by hand. No holes in floor not moving house or anything. But cost is reflected in labor. Just wanted a few more quotes Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
