Mayor DiBlasio is looking to implement a new program that is said to help mentally ill homless and K2 addicts. Part of this program is merging NYPD with mental health workers. Am I stretching thoughts here... I'm thinking this would give NYPD access to records of people who are mentally ill as well as those regular people that just se a physiologist for whatever reason. Wouldn't this give them a way to take away guns from people who they may now deem mentally ill being that NYPD and mental health would be together as a unit? Or am I thinking too much?

I'm on vacay with the family in the Poconos and we saw a deer through the restaurant window grazing on a hill. The only thing I kept thinking was ... how many yards and could I make that shot. Who else is having this issue? Lol

I think the is being blown way out of proportion. The same people calling for his head are the same people that stand by quietly when innocent people are killed here every day. They have more compassion for an animal that 4000 miles away than they do for their neighbor that's 4 feet away.

I think a lot of blame is on the "outfitters" the hunter wouldn't really know the area but the outfitters knew the lion was on a preserve

Some trips have to be guided. The animals I dream of hunting are in Africa and I don't think I'll go there unguided lol. From those hunts I've seen are still quite a bit of work.

I've been dreaming of a plains game hunt, Alaskan sheep hunt and a grizzly hunt for years. I recently started a seperate savings account to try and make one of them happen.

I think something like a 10/22 takedown or a papoose would be ideal. Small and both are fairly light. Like Elmo said you can have 100 rounds in your pocket without any real weight. A single shot 12ga is super versatile though.
