    I have both... My 270 is a dedicated 130 grain rifle and my 06 is a dedicated 180 grain rifle. No resighting up and down for different bullet weights.

    Is it just my local shops or is 338 win mag just that difficult to get? If I still had the option to order online, the stuff is everywhere but none of the LGS have any. What ammo issues have u been having?

    The benefit I see is that u have the ability to apply for multiple hunts but only put up a percentage of the tag fee.

    People I know in NYC already think I'm crazy. I do talk to people about it though. All the city ppl I know that aren't afraid if guns are afraid of the woods lol.

    The only reason I didn't get the 375 was ammo availability. If it was more options I would've bought that.

    I have the Marlin Guide gun which is a 45/70 and that thing rocks and because all of u guys are enablers I ordered me the Alaskan Brush gun in 338 win mag.

    She called someone else over but the fact that u don't choose to sell ammo in the department that you work in because u think it isn't Christian is just crazy. I was stuck for a second like did she really just say that?

    I stopped in walmart to buy some ammo and asked an associate by the ammo case if she had the key. She says "no, I'm a Christian and I don't believe in violence". So I asked what does Christianity and violence have to do with ammo. She says because you kill things. I asked her if her steak grew on a corn stalk because as far as I know, u paid someone to kill that cow for you.
