dont care too much for most of the shows. the best I've seen so far is on your own adventures, all DIY and public land. this show isn't for people who have to see monsters killed every show or anything killed for that matter. in my opinion this is the most realistic of all the hunting shows.
yeah he got another main beam, saw him yesterday morning crossing a field. another buck from the same spot hallowen night. wanted to be hunting but had to take the kids out
17 years hunting I have lost 1 with a gun and 3 with a bow. two that were lost with the bow happened in the same season, quit hunting for the season and went back to fixed blades.
I live and work on the ny/pa line and 90 plus percent of the guys who live in pa like the ar's. Many are not happy with the doe season being in buck season and the number of doe tags give out.
I would say most 2 1/2 year olds around here average between 90-125 inches. the biggest ny buck I have ever seen on hoof scored 182 inches. in a typical season I will see three or four 130+ bucks.
started bowhunting at 14 couldn't wait the two extra years to start deer hunting. that was twenty years ago , big learning curve coming from a gun hunting family. now I bowhunt for the peace and quite, the challange and the extra time in the woods.
tripple seven shoots far better out of my omega then american pioneer. have tried several diffrent types of powder and sticks, I got the best results with tripple seven loose powder.
If you do some research you will find alot of places as good as pike county. less money and less pressure in these lesser known counties. our group has been out there several times DIY with near 100 percent on 135+ bucks.
