I posted some pictures similar to this wondering what it was and everyone said bear. Sure enough I started getting better pics of bears on the cams. I say bear.

Troegs brewery. The food is as good as the beer and is not overpriced.

Oysters, fried clams with crispy pork belly, smoked jalapeño almonds and smoked beef stick. Not pictured was octopus tacos, beet cured salmon and pickled eggs.

Flying Mouflan! They let you buy it at the troegs brewery but you can't leave with it. Must drink on premise. It was awesome.

The only two deer I've shot were when I was about to get out of my stand and surprisingly they were right there the whole time.

Headed to troegs for vacation... I mean we are going to Hershey park for vacation soon. ( troegs is next door, wink wink). Figured if have one of these to get started early.

I was trying to shoot a horizontal line a few inches apart each. I got the few inches apart right but not quite a horizontal line.

I was walking through the woods in the rain trying to figure out how slugs find new mushrooms so fast. Set my beer down for two minutes and two slugs found my beer. I shared.

Cracked black pepper with a little garlic powder then smothered with dark brown sugar. Went out to my shop and got a piece of cedar. Soaked the cedar in water for a couple hours. Put the salmon on the cedar and through it in the smoker low and slow.

Nice. We smoked ribs and salmon yesterday and a pork shoulder that I will finish off in the crock pot for dinner tonight. Yesterday was the best ribs I've ever made.

I got a garden weasel and use it to break up the ground in between stuff thats growing good and drop some fresh seed.

I'm kinda trying to learn this lingo so could you please explain the abbreviations if possible for my educational purposes. I kinda want to learn about getting a new rifle and this thread may help and I appreciate everybody's opinions but don't know what ULA or LH KS or IIRC mean. lol

Last year was my first season. I never owned a gun. I took a hunter safety course the day before opening day so when I went to buy a gun I bought the only 12 gauge they had left. A mossberg 500. It worked. Got a nice doe and a 9 point buck. Hope it works again this year.
