Hey I don't know the answers to your questions but this is the place to ask them. I'm less than a year into hunting and have asked my fair share here.

Oh I get it the pics are from different years of antler growth... I would say they are probably the same deer then.

I don't over think hunting too much. I wear whatever clothes I would normally wear during the day. If I go out in the evening I keep whatever clothes on I wore that day unless they got really greasy or got something on them that particularly smells out of the norm. Last year was my first year of hunting. I got two deer with my shotgun and one was at 10 yards. This year I'm going to be bow hunting so we'll see if I have a change of heart. It was also mild last years deer season.

I'm gonna say different but they sure do look alike. May be brothers. The right sides look different to me.

I hope you got my sense of humor. I scrambled after saying that to start a sangria thread as a joke. Ha! Hope you had a great anniversary by the way.

I successfully cooked ribs solely in the smoker this summer for the first time ever. Usually I dry it out too much.c low and slow. Let me know how it goes you mid week smoker.

I have only seen two turkeys on my cam ever. Had a huge flock roll through on last cam check. Funny how these birds can stay so hidden and then just show up.

Yes I have beech trees, yes they are falling. Will they all drop before season opens? Depends on your trees and what season you're talking about. Bow is only a little over a couple weeks away.

Bought a bow and have been shooting it for a few months. Took a bow safety course and now just hoping dec gets me my tags before the 1st.

Tomorrow's supposed to be only 72 here and today was 90. I think fronts are amazing. Such a change so fast. I am guessing sweat in the morning and snow in the evening one day this late fall. or maybe sweat in the evening and snow in the morning. crazy weather.

Sorry forgot to answer the other questions... not hot wings. I love gold sauce on my wings and can't do too much spice stuff. The course was at bullseye archery in east bloomfield. 5 minutes from my house. Which was nice to sneak home and eat some venison for lunch unlike everyone else. This course was at the perfect time for me. I bought a lifetime archery privilege a month ago because I want to start this year but didn't qualify for tags because I didn't take the course in nys and in person so I had to take the course again in state and then call dec and they mail them to me and it takes 14 days. Hopefully just in time. Lot of lines for the beer thread and definitely out of topic so I spaced it out for everybody. (imogicon of a face doing something funny!)

Just got finished. 100% I never got 100% in school. I think I'll take robs advice with Sierra Nevada but will probably go torpedo. Can't wait till my wife and kids get home now.

Sitting through the bow course thinking about what beer in going to have with pizza and wings tonight.

at my old house we had a major mouse and chipmunk problem. Farmers nasty barn 50 yards away was rat infested. One morning I stepped out the door to go to work and pretty much stepped on a black rat snake. It was decent sized but never measured it. it was there most mornings sunning itself. No more rodent problems after that until someone dropped off a cat that was a killer and killed the 7' long snake. good thing she could kill the rodents too. We moved and kept the cat.

I went and got some rampant today because of you. Thanks for the encouragement. It's one ipa that I feel breaks up the ipa taste a bit.

I hate using the "lol" because are you really laughing out loud? Usually not. I do use it sometimes just to get the point across but this, This was a real LOL . Kids are great

One morning it will be in the 70's and sunny and you will be driving through snow on your way home from work. It will change fast this year I think.

Unrelated...When I was a kid my dad was in the military and thats where we had to go to see the doctor when we were sick. Always cool to see the white deer. Never liked the drive as a kid tho.
