I usually try to do a house project to surprise her. One time a new concrete driveway, once a new deck. Had to rip the old deck of the house first too.

And like I said the pictures don't really give a good look of what I could see.

Criticize if you must but know that I have almost no clue about bear tracks and one of them had deer tracks over the top orbit so it kinda messes it up a bit. Fact is I know there was a bear walking around within ten ft of these prints in the mud.

Looks like track of two sizes so I'm guessing mama with a cub or two. Tracks aren't really clear in the pictures I took but the larger track was about 8 or so inches heel to toe and the other smaller. Kinda tough to measure cause it wasn't a great track. Been pretty dry up until today.

I think I'm gonna head back and look for some tracks later this afternoon. There are some muddy spots around that camera and maybe by the print I can get an idea of the size of the bear.

Thats pretty cool. I almost ran over some deer on Canandaigua lake a couple years ago. Most of their body was under the water. I thought it was an upside down picnic table but it was actually their ears sticking up.

Smokers been rollin for a few hours now. I'll try to remember some pictures. Short ribs, chicken and going to roast some corn and made homemade coleslaw.
