    We have a 6 year old lap dog(toy poodle) she still thinks she is a young girl and refuses to come inside after doing her business so we have to keep a watch and shag her butt inside. I also shovel the concrete pad and some grass for her. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

    With an almost 2 year old and a pregnant wife at home I took the initiative and installed a generator transfer switch...best couple hundred dollars I have spent for piece of mind I have spent in a while. Now if it hits the fan and I am not home at least a neighbor can pull the generator out and give it a quick pull start to get the house back up and running. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

    I am gonna go out in a limb and say there is most likely timber value on this 100 acres unless he just had it logged...get an estimate of what type of timber value and pay a reduces cost if the owner has it logged and keeps the money....or buy it and log it asap to pay down a chunk of that 125,000.00It is quite possible you could chop that 125,000 is half with one short logging session..plus it will help your deer hunting as well.     You have to ultimately look at the overall time + material + tools to determine a final price....I have replaced brakes and rotors and and unless the job goes seemless IMO it is cheaper to let the shop handle it...I think I saved around 90 bucks and if I needed torches or anything else to help with a difficult job I would have been in the negative.
