  3. You deff can ..know a guy who lives in Maryland....has a nys lifetime license since he was young, and comes back to hunt each year. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  4. I just quickly looked up when the lifetime fees went up and I found some info. On a town of Conesus web page stating that in 08-09 the Sportsman fee was 600, bow tag 180, and muzzleloader tag 180...turkey tags, fishing and free doe permits included with the Sportsman purchase....in the 09-10 season the increase was Sportsman 765, bow 235, muzzle 235...no longer free doe tags. So i paid 960...vs. 1235 the following year. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  5. 998?? With lifetime bow and muzzleloader was the price before the increase 5-7 years ago Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  6. What size compound do you have to display these monsters? Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  7. It can't be assumed....I am sure your parents thought you what happens when you assume something. Just making a long shot guess that whatever active hunters we have left in the state are attempting to preserve a family tradition or value... Thus purchasing a lifetime license for their child or young family member. Another long shot guess at why the child's lifetime license may be purchased more then an adult lifetime license could simply be cost. Not assuming anything....just taking a guess. 8. I would bet the license sales for the birth-3 age group is the highest purchased lifetime license on a yearly basis.... Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  9. From what I have been reading the nics check doesn't need to be presented to the pistol permit office when the gun is being transferred... Just needs to be completed by the buyer and kept by the seller or it could be punished with a misdemeanor. No ffl needed...just not sure who you get a nics check without involving an ffl? 10. Sorry to be a pain....but what year and what county was this in?And congrats to you if it was that easy! Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  11. So how was this completed without a nics check?? Or was it and I am understanding it wrong?Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  12. I thought the nics check was needed in all countries of NYS if a pistol was to be transfered to anyone besides a blood relative?? Does the safe act require a nics check for the sale of any gun?? Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  13. You also need to expose children/family to a wide variety of things...and not pigeon hole them into things you/we specifically have a deep rooted love and passion for. Just because we love the outdoors doesn't mean our children or wife has or will have the same feeling.....the city is an outstanding place to experience fine dining....theatre... Shopping...and an overall great place for a family to have a great time and build lasting memories Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  14. Come on Biz....from a Modelo to a Miller lite??? Those four glasses of red wine must have crushed all your senses to make a decision like that! Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  15. If your looking for Sympathy... You can find it between shit and syphilis in the dictionary!..... Compliments of my Uncle whenever we would complain about something. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  16. Cool I will just search for it thru the Amazon app. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

    wtf snow!!!

How about 86'' in 3 days last November in Hamburg NY.....had to freakin snowshoe to the front door and shovel the snow off the glass storm door so the weight of the snow didn't shatter it....took a massive high lift to clear the street so a town plow could come down....that was a nightmare I never want to relive!Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  19. Good 8 inches in Lakeview, NY....hasn't stopped all day...the end of the driveway is the killer part from the plow going down the road....thank god for a plow service. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  20. Does anybody own one?? Was looking at Gander Mt. And they have one on sale for 200.00 off...down to 549.00 from 749.00, I also think they have 50.00 any online order over 200.00. Was looking at getting the .223, and just watched to hear some first hand pros or cons. It seems like a fair price after doing a quick search. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  21. If you have prime it is free two day shipping....way better then struggling from store to store and being force to buy whatever product is left on the shelf.By shopping online you save time(which everyone should place a value on), gas money, and so on an so on. Just my two cents. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  22. Thanks Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  23. Do you own this particular model?? I have been looking at these type of jumpers for a while...just haven't sorted through which ones are junk and which ones are reliable.Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  24. Just make sure the batteries are not dead.....only a dead battery can freeze. Great idea to pull them and keep inside, or keep on a trickle charger Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  25. Have it in the vest....hit an miss at best for me. Have had equal luck with a crow call as a locator. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
