We found the bolt I launched this moring.....this tree was around 100 yards from our blind. The deer was around 24 yards and the one blade had a single hair on it and no blood. I was aiming mid body and am guessing the mesh caused it to go high. Oh well that deer lives to see another day and we had fun this morning. Sent from my SM-A716V using Tapatalk

Bucks have been definitely seeking the last few days....have seen them nose to the ground and mouth wide open. Also have cam pics of does getting harassed. And just now we had 6 does stroll by outta range....all together in a single file line and looked to be 4 mature ones ans 2 small yearlings. Sent from my SM-A716V using Tapatalk

#Blindlife....@moog style! Beauty of a morning to be out. Had a tall racked buck sneak in behind us grunting 10 minutes after we used doe bleat can and lite raddle on the bag. He ended giving a 24 yard broadside shot but I had to shoot Tru a mesh window. I took the shot but I think the arrow tanked under him. No blood and he at first walked off slowly then after a few minutes bounded down a utility trail. We will look down that utility road when we leave. Had another buck close to 100 yards a little but ago before turning around...he was outside his ears.....and just now a pack of doe just walked thru with little ones. Up and getting organized. Toting the xbow today since it's more comfortable to shoot from a blind. Waking my son shortly so he can tag along. Good wind for the spot we are sitting in....hopefully a buck will Cruz past making his way to check the cut bean field for ladies. Had it happen last year and the deer were gone.....didn't hunt the property enough to tell when they came back. But it was sprayed right before Halloween and killed me seeing any deer being harassed in that open field for the next 10 days of prime seeking phase. Sent from my SM-A716V using Tapatalk

Had to leave around 1:30 to get home to get the boys boff the bus. We'll be back out Sat. Morning with the xbow. Pulled a cam on the way out. It's near a stand placed off a gas line that cuts through our property. Well I didn't sit there this morning because the wind want right and shooter was bumping a doe all around my a stand. Changed views for the 12-2 sit. Had to deploy a turkey Sammy as well once I got settled in. can see 99% of the cut bean field and have hardwoods behind me.
