A friend who is a DR explained it to me. And what he said is they should have been more upfront from The beginning. When they give two doses like that up front so close together it is not conducive to lonh term immunity but is for fast immunity. So they took a gamble that getting antibodies in enough people fast could slow the pandemic. Anyone can file any suit they want. The question is will the courts hear it. My guess is no. It’s long established that employers, schools, businesses can require these things to attend.
