    400k is normal if your getting the works. Pools, hardscape , irrigation , new lawn , pergola, and whatever else. It’s crazy what people drop and it’s covered by snow half the year lol. Almost as crazy as 7k for something covered by a sleeve but to each their own...

    They said no they have been living there for awhile. Who knows if they were getting new furniture and dishes. Another house I was at the outside was beautiful. Inside had piles of clothes laying all over the place and place smelled like sh$t .

    That reminds me of a job I was doing a job in what’s considered “ High End “ neighborhood for our region. They had a $100k pool going in , $300k worth of landscape and 4 car garage loaded with sports cars. I went in the house and they had lawn furniture and paper plates . I had no shame on asking if they just moved in . It was what they could show the neighborhood.

    Was a packed course today at Wood & Brook. 15 targets nearly took 2.5 hrs . I didn’t shoot great with a score of 132 but managed to pinwheel this target at 36 yards . Ended the course with a hot bowl of moose chili

    Last year at the yellow pike banquet 7 of us probably dropped $600 of side raffles and door prizes. @Lawdwazwas the big winner with a diaphragm turkey call...

    I have a single pin on my Prime but it’s a CBE and I think the pin size is to small for me

    I have a Black Gold 3 pin slider and I absolutely love it. Keep at at 20,30,40 for hunting and use the slider for 3D .

    No never planted Milo . I planted Japanese Millet for waterfowl and some backwoods buffet stuff for deer .

    Steroids brought back baseball then when it came out it ruined it. Just when it seems to make a little trickle back now this to ruin it. This sport may not survive for my future grandchildren to see .

    Excellent points Crappy, I texted Biz and Tacks about Pete Rose. He got a lifetime ban from the game. These jokers deserve the same. Plus none of them set any records like Rose did.
