  1. I figured I'd better start writing the where, when and what I'm using to give me a heads up next year.I think its called a blue dunn it was the closest one to the white flies flying around. They are very aggressive little fish.
  2. Hit it again today this time they wanted the dry fly. Now I understand why people like dry flies over the nymph. I was pretty cool watching them slurp the fly in. I’m pretty hooked on it now I just need to upgrade a few things. The damn net kept falling out of my belt causing all kinds of trouble with my line. I caught 17 and missed twice as many. These where the flies. I had to take the nymph off it kept foul hooking the fish. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. You where right the water has been dropping enough for me to get in some of the creeks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Is that freshwater, brackish or saltwater perch and catfish? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Finally on the fly!!! I stopped at the creek I was catching the brown trout at and picked a small one off right away, but it snapped my lie and took off with my spinner. They where jumping out of the water but I couldn’t reach them so I left. Headed to a stream with brook trout. I wanted to try a dry dropper first cast it went I thought I snagged bottom second cast a bang fish on I fumbled the net and lost it. After awhile I noticed the where just going for the nymph so I took the dry off. I don’t know how many I actually landed, but it was awesome!!!!! There really a Beautiful fish. Hopefully there still there tomorrow. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I redid my father’s Remington 1100 a few years ago. It was his only shotgun so it got used a lot. It’s my favorite gun to date. I know you a tool/die guy,but if you need the staking wrench or socket to take the stocks off hit me up I’ll mail them to you as long as you send them back when your done. Good luck it was a lot of fun. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Congrats some nice birds so far!!!! I’ve been messing around with this bird since opening day,but he doesn’t make a sound except in the afternoon and on the roost. He roost on mine or the property next to me almost every night never a peep out of him in the morning then I see him all over the neighborhood. I’m moving on and looking for another bird. Good luck to everyone still chasing tail!!!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. I’m going finish up this project today. Wondering if it’s better to leave the shed on the stone or lift it to let airflow? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  12. I like to support my candidate through the whole process. I know for a fact I check the Republican box when I did the address change. According to the election board I won’t be able to vote in the primaries. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Hamilton county is know for Baer. I’m right on the border in Fulton county and see more Baer and Baer sign then deer. I have a beaver pond and a small creek on my property that seems to attack them and hunt mostly around swamps and water, next month when they start breeding my cams will loaded up. 14. I’ve been reading about hatches and there’s some truth to that, but if you wait for the perfect day you never get to hunt or fish. Plus fish and animals eat every day. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. No mostly west Canada creek and a few smaller streams and ponds.I'm head to Wells this week to give it a try up there. The problem up here is they don't open the seasonal roads until May31st That and I'm not sure if some spots are private or not so I just stay in the parking areas.
  16. I ordered a few flies, but may have gotten the wrong size. What do you think lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  22. Something similar happened to me with the DMV when I did a change of address.I've been a registered Republican since I was 19yrs old. When I was looking into where to go and vote in the primaries I get a letter from the election board saying I can't vote because I'm not affiliated with any party??? I don't know if anyone has access to the campaigning and donations I've made to the party, but something funky is going on.My blood is boiling knowing my vote won't be counted.
  23. Cooked up two brown trout for lunch. I pan fried them in garlic butter. They weren’t very good. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Thanks guys some of the spots the water is over my waders others over my head.I'm heading to a smaller stream tomorrow to try for some brook trout.
  25. No not 20yrds on a roll cast maybe half that. 20yrds if there’s nothing behind me. The creeks I’ve been fishing are about 100-200yrds. Wide and getting in is impossible. The fish I was catching with my spinning rod where out 50yrds. In a back eddy. It’s pouring but tomorrow I’m going to measure my cast again. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
