He loves sitting with me. No iPad or anything. He would sit here all day if we had enough drinks and snacks lol.

Had a nice 2 year old 8 out here just a bit ago. Had him in range a few times. Evan wanted me to kill him but he’s not what I’m after.

Well the big 8 I’m after just came cruising through up in the woods. Tried grunting at him but he just kept going.

Up in the tower with Evan for the evening sit. Having some sammies for lunch!

I have To take Evan to his first hockey game of the year this morning. I’ll be up in the Redneck with Evan this afternoon though. Cams are going nuts this morning, they are on their feet. Good luck everyone!

So I jumped Back in the redneck for the evening sit. Wind had all but laid down completely the later it got. Right before it started getting dark, a group of does came out into the plot. I held Off waiting for one of the big boys to step out, and right before the day was done, he did just that. Too bad it was at the other end of the plot. He’s a big, tall 8 with good mass. He’s the one that was out this morning too. He’s been pretty active during daylight lately, more so than the other shooters have been. Hopefully I get A crack at him with the crossbow this weekend.

I’ve had 3 young bucks within range. 1 being a tall 2.5 year old that I would Have taken a crack at a few years ago. I’m hoping a shooter drops by soon. I have A bunch of errands to run today.

Had a dead tree fall not far from my blind, so I moved Down to the Redneck.
