My agenda was pretty obvious. I told grampy I liked his post, but it might get him banned. But I see you like to visit. I believe you are a member. If that site is so bad, why did you join? Why do you "look" ? You like it here, just the way it is, but there you are on the site you openly bash but won't post the link to.

Ah, but who started these threads? Not the ones you claim jumped ship or are looking for this place to die, or stirring the pot. I'd like John to show up and explain what and why and hopefully get things back on track. Doesn't look like that's going to happen though.

No one is asking anyone to jump ship. I've said multiple times I enjoy both sites, as do others. Not quite understanding this " only one site" BS. Join, interact just as you do here or don't. Others might want the option. Why don't you post up the other sites name and web address as the one to avoid seeing you hate it so much. oh.. I wish John would show up and dump the stupidity. It definitely needs dumping.

Whatever the reason is, there's other options if one desires. I bounce back and forth between sites. Lots of great people in both.

I save two tags just for the holiday season. It's a different type of hunt. No pressure at all, just a group of guys having a good time. Weather during the holiday hunt these past 3 seasons has been helpful. Not bitter cold, sometimes a little too warm.

Buddy of mine went to Texas and shot a couple blackbuck. Friggin fantastic.

My dad would bury them in the garden also. One day he asked me to rototill a area of the garden. He claims he "forgot" he buried a couple carp a few days beforehand. I wasn't amused.

Just finished up processing the last 4 doe our group got this weekend. Glad it's over, but yet going to miss it Ya, I know... Squirrel, trout, turkey. Just not the same as deer season.

If it was illegal to transport ammo from Maine or other states, a lot of guys would be braking the law when they travel to NY to hunt.

I've got my anterless only bow/ML tag, and a 4U dmp tag left, so no bucks for me. I have two 4T tags I could fill, but the spot I hunt was hit hard with EHD a couple yrs ago. -

100% venison. If I want beef, I'll have a beef burger. In 30 years, I've never had a issue with burgers crumbling or falling apart.
