I've done it before on DEP land in Putnam County for yotes/fox. I usually leave a note on my dashboard saying that I am in there hunting at night for furbearers so that they don't come in looking for me thinking I'm lost or hurt. Remember only coyotes are open right now. -

I always hunt from the ground (xbow & gun). I never drink coffee the morning I hunt and I always brush my teeth unscented. I've never tried hunting without being as scent free as possible.

I agree. I trusted Kurt with my bobcat and lion, you can't trust many East Coast guys on those types of animals. Here's a pic of a bear he did for my Dad. I tried to zoom, but lost some clarity.

Kurt Fox is exceptional work. I would give him a call and tell him your hoping to get a bear this year, he will tell you what steps to take if you get one, etc. http://www.foxstudiostaxidermy.com/ I never shot a bear, but here is some recent work he has done for me. Pics don't do them justice, they were taken on my cell phone. They are insane in real life.

What kind of work are you doing hungover and on 3 hours of sleep? I never do well in a negotation over millions of dollars when I'm in that type of state. When I was in college and doing landscaping or simple desk job, it wasn't a problem.

I hear ya, I'll be 30 in March. I still have the same tolerance for drinking, just can't recover like I used to. Gone are the days of going out on Thursday after work and staying out till 4am and then working Friday like nothing happened.

Stop pulling your phone out of your pocket and making movement. What did you eat/drink for dinner last night and breakfast this morning? They can smell you a mile away! Should have brushed your teeth unscented this morning.
