    He probably just wants to be safe. Small game seasons are open. Can't knock the guy for wanting to be safe. I'm headed to PA soon with my xbow, I wear orange to/from where I am sitting on the ground. I don't want somebody to think I'm a coyote and shoot me.

    Hunted this morning till 10am. I saw nothing, my Dad saw nothing. Both cams had no deer. I don't know what happened. Perfect 39 degree morning. Deer must have changed patterns. Had 5-6 different bucks on cam July -September. Now nothing the last couple weeks. No deer sign either, no crap, no rubs, etc. Oh well, onto PA next weekend. Sent from my PC36100 using Tapatalk 2

    We won't see any. Most people who think they saw a mt. lion actually saw a bobcat. Bobcat aren't often seen in NY, so when someone catches a glimpse of a 30-35lb bobcat, they think it's huge and that it must be a mt. lion.

    THIS IS GREAT ENTERTAINMENT. I wanted him to give up key advice in the Tully area so that others on this forum could reap the benefits! My goal is to increase the hunting pressure near Belo, so he sees less deer. This is essentially Belo's last year at tagging a deer during archery season because next year crossbows will be allowed and then it's all over!
