Yup. Decided on dumping a half chimney of lit coals on top of a half chimney of unlit coals. An hour in and temp is about 290. Should drop some over next few hours. A little high but OK for baby backs. They will just cook a little faster. Maybe 2-2-1 Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

Just bought a Weber kettle grill and gonna do some ribs this weekend on it. I know how to bbq ribs. I've done a bunch on my CharGriller charcoal grill and my gas grill and have those dialed in. I'm looking for tips for the Weber kettle. How much charcoal to start? Definitely not NYC style pizza. Super crispy crust but a little thicker, saucier and cheesier and toppings go all the way to the edge so you dont get that 1 inch ring of flavorless dough around the edge Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

On the Cape now. Can't vouch for either of these but Shark Shark Tuna out of Yarmouth seems to get pretty good reviews and this business card was left on the kitchen counter of the house we are renting. We've done a couple party boat charters on the Yankee II out of Harwichport but that is hit or miss and mostly small fish - scup and sea bass. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
