Hip boots for Biden’s Bull

Come on man, corn pop is a bad dude. Hopefully he got his nap in, and fresh diaper change. It's gonna be past his bedtime -
It seems alot of propaganda is out there. One thing that has been said is Ukraine talks of joining NATO was a direct security threat to Russia. Perhaps that could have been discussed. Perhaps the United States could have kept its word with the Ukrainians. Clinton promised to protect them from a Russian invasion in exchange for nukes. There is alot I don't understand. I think the reason Russia went into Ukraine was simply for oil. I think there are alot of politicians who have direct interests in Ukraine oil. I also think its aweful the average citizens of both countries will suffer because of this. My great grandmother came over from Ukraine in the beginning of the 20th century when Russia invaded Ukraine. Her and her brother came over as orphans. She was 9 years. Sad how history keeps repeating itself.

Perhaps showing a strong united front before the invasion could have helped. Meeting with putin and compromise could have helped. But instead creepy joe hid in the basement. Leaderships proaction is as important as reaction. The last year, and the next 3 are the responsibility of Joe and his supporters, thanks.

Crossbows are NOT more accurate than Compounds
Just Lucky replied to fasteddie's topic in Bow Hunting
I have never tuned my bow, or been measured. It is my second bow I have owned. First was an onieda, and 2nd is my bear anarchy. Neither were ever set up for me.Both have killed deer. I am self taught and probably shoot completely wrong. But I do it the same way everytime. I don't get mine out till about 2 weeks before season, maybe shoot 2 dozen arrows over that time period. Killing with a compound from the ground is not more difficult then a crossbow is. Moving at the correct time will dictate success. For me, the different weapons break the season up. I know people who use bow, or crossbow, or gun,and or muzzleloader. It feels like multiple opening days with the season the way it is. -
The EV will get recycled, just like current junked vehicles when worn out, unless someone keeps them as lawn ornaments. With most all repairs on vehicles now their is very little ownership accountability. Repair costs falls on manufacturers, which adds to the new cost per vehicle. Look at how many recalls come out on cars now vs. 30 years ago. It will be a long time before I will be in the market for any EV, but the technology with them is really impressive. I believe within 30 years cars will be completely self driving too. The technology is pretty much there now.

The expense of the battery is very high, plus availability is hard. I agree. However 15 year, 150k mile, or more manufacturer warranty eliminates that expense for the consumer after purchase. What is expected life of a new vehicle today? I find manufacturers won't even send a battery unless they themselves are paying for it. The biggest thing I see fail with EV are a single cell in the battery pack fail. For example 100 batteries in the pack, and one 3 volt battery fails. At this time, most manufacturers will kick a warning light, and shutdown the system because of the batteries being in series. It can cause a fire hazard when charging. If the consumer continues to run vehicle and discharges batteries below, say 8% the battery management system will not allow charging. Then the battery has to be sent out, or replaced also.

No engines, just motors. So no air filter, or oil changes. Also transmissions are being eliminated so no hydraulic fluid. Power steering has gone electric so no fluid. Some vehicles have put the electric motors at the wheels. Suspension parts will still wear, but they are not maintenance items, as some shops will try to sell. High voltage Battery replacement on some vehicles can be less then 1 hour(which are minimal warranty coverage of 15 years, 150k miles) With electric cars, when letting of accelerator you will get resistance from motor to slow down vehicle, and also regenerative braking which recharges battery.so braking becomes minimal. When brake pedal is applied the bms will recieive a signal and apply resistance accordingly with electric motor assisting in stopping. There is a shortage of qualified technicians, and whether I like it or not, electric vehicles will help close the gap. Unfortunately people who just turn bolts will fall behind and be left changing tires.

There is alot of money to be made with electric cars, and chargers. Someone has to install charging stations. The government is gonna invest huge money into subsidizing the programs. Whether we agres with it or not, that is the direction the US is going. I am directly effected by this. I am one of only a few technicians certified to work on the electric cars. I have chosen to get as much knowledge on them as I can to continue my career. Long term cost of ownership on the electric cars will be low. There is practically no maintenance on them, brakes will rot out before they wear out. Updates to modules will be done with satellite, saving trips to dealership for consumers. Only thing that will wear out will be tires. Perhaps that is where highway tax will be added. I look at it alot like power tools. How far have they came in 15 years.

Troops headed to Ukraine
Just Lucky replied to Jeremy K's topic in Gun and Hunting Laws and Politics Discussions
Nope, not all parts are made oversea. As a president, one would think their would be a plan in place. The president, to me is more like a manager, he doesn't need all the answers, but surrounds himself with people who can resolve issues as they arrive, and get the job done. Are you really making excuses, and sticking up for Biden? Do you believe he is doing what is best for this country? This mess is now his. A sitting president is responsible for the country during his term, good and bad. Please, tell me what Biden has done to improve our lives as Americans.
