Get them to get rid of the limb restrictions first then ask me about full inclusion.

You like your ideas I like mine . Mine would help get more hunters in the sport and doing more types of hunting. Plus I don't like having wide ass limbs on on my crossbows if I can't use the crossbow I want full inclusion is worthless to me . May as well leave it the way it is .

Yes only if they do this 1# make it mandatory to take the archery course 2# add a extra week for just vertical bows and allow airbows and big bore airguns in the week before gun season and a week after gun season. And no restrictions on crossbow limbs . Or I'm good the way it is now except they still need to make xbow take the archery course .

Sounds like you just want a better way to kill more deer besides a gun or a compound bow so I am surprised you don't support things like airbow or big bore airguns having a special season they don't make a loud sound like a gun and have even better range than a crossbow .

Farmers can get nuisance permits if its that bad. And that is crazy that you think guns can't control the deer population lol In the 19, 18 century they almost made deer go extinct with just muzzleloaders

Scope is a tool to me. alot of guys get caught up in The Branding of the thing . And not the features it has . Such as warranty If the scope is warrantied to be shockproof waterproof fog proof. Why pay more If you dont have to .

What I mean is , people are willing to take a chance on cheap products from China . For those who do sometimes it works out for them . And sometimes it don't. I see stuff shipped direct from China all the time on eBay. For much less then if it's shipped from usa and its free shipping personally I never bother with it I don't want to take a chance even with a cheeper product and free shipping from China you dont know what you are getting and it takes longer to get here besides . Btw it's guaranteed if you get something directly from China and the price is really cheap it's fake. Hope that clarifies my previous position .

I thought gun season was for deer control . Archery season was about archery from the start.

What ever range you think someone good with a compound bow can hit with someone good with a crossbow can hit much farther if all things being = and in fact with less skills someone can hit much better still with a crossbow . I think I wrote this already on page 2 5 7 9 and 12 lol So why do you need the same amount of time with Superior weapon. The gun guys would like more time to you know .

If you think there both high tech weapons then I guess you don't mind putting in airbow in that season Xbow has better range then a compound bow which has a better range then a recurve. To be fair you need 3 different seasons . Or else most are going to go to the one with the best range and ignore everything else for the most part. I think I said this already on page 4 7 lol 8 9 and 11 lol

So your shooting almost double the range most compound bow users take shots at and you want more time Why sounds like your doing ok the way things are now . My compromise is leave it the way it is now and have no restrictions on crossbow design.

I don't buy knock-off crap I research what ever I want to buy look at reviews and then make a decision. I dont go for the cheapest thing out there but I don't go for the most expsive either at least when it comes to scopes .

Nothing to argue about it is like guys who go out and get the newest compound bow every year . Any difference in most people' hands is no difference unless you plan on shooting in the Olympics . There are rednecks that will out shoot most anyone with a Wal-Mart scope and $400 rifle in a hunting scenario. If the thing is guaranteed to be fog proof shock proof waterproof and hold a zeo that is all you need to hunt with . But its nice to buy expensive things for bragging rights we all do it . Just saying it's not necessary.

That is my favorite hunting excuse the scope was off lol it was the cheep scope that made you miss lol I love that one unless you got a scope from 60 years ago You dont need a $400 scope to get good reliability or accuracy out of a scope . Technology has advanced. But what ever .

Yea like vw didn't get caught rigging pollution control systems on their cars or Facebook selling your information lol you would be surprised what even a big company will do to make dime. But your right about one thing always good to support made in America products .

I was generalizing btw no way to no that alot of companys sometimes buy the parts over there and assemble it someplace else then you have company that do both to even make it more confusing for consumers to know for sure .

The stuff could be coming from the same factory you go have something made over there the Chinese have this habit of making more of it and selling it on there own . Or open up a factory across the street and cloning your stuff . They can make it cheeper because it is all government subsidized if it is for export And they cut out the middle man of Under Armour or Nike or whoever.

If it works good and your not dumb enough to think you got the real deal I say someone got a deal . In a way . It is the accuracy of the gun and the ammo that means more . Rather buy more expensive gun then a more expensive scope.

I would like to try atlatl I just think it is cool to mix it up a little having separate seasons helps do that . Or you wind up using the easier weapon 9 times out of 10 times You know what I mean it's like bringing a knife to a gun fight especially if you like to hunt state land. And have limited time.

Just asking not surprised since there job is to figure out ways to keep the deer population in check . Obvously crossbows will help do that .

I think it is great that they have a xbow season now . The only issues I have is about them taking the archery course and if you put it in all of archery you pretty much will kill off anyone from using vertical bows overtime . This already happened with recurves and longbows . Just like you will not see a bow or xbow on open day of gun season either . Some one brought up Ohio they are allowed to hunt over bait in that state if I'm not mistaken . That means they are going to get more chances at closer shots . And in that scenario a guy using a vertical bow may not feel the need to change as much as if he could not set up a blind or stand on top of a bait station get really close to them . The few guys that want that exstra challenge may still use them but for the most part they will not be used much anymore . Most would rather have that little exstra range capability and switch over .

They had a bigger selection of xbows is what I'm saying there most be a reason for it next time I go i am going ask what they sell more of over there. Btw the longbow and recurve section is much smaller then both in the store so usally stores keep more of what sells most in stock .
