Not with out a special season when is the last time you saw a guy hunting bow or xbow in gun season on state land lol It is those special Seasons that get people into it for the most part .

? Some guys don't use them on a compound bow either but what I am telling you is we can learn from what already happend compound bows almost made recurves and longbows go extinct. When put in the same season . So unless you want the same for compound bows you need a Speacial season for it . And it would be a good idea to have one just for recurves and longbows as well to revive that sport. Or Else it just becomes a technology War .

Really true traditional archery is a recurve or longbow but a compound bow now a days would fall into that category now as well . Or at least in this discussion I'm just using that term to distinguish between xbow And other types of bows If you like I could use vertical bow instead . You still have to draw them back like a recurve . And hold them in the same basic way more or less

And after they got those special seasons bows got more popular . Just like adding of xbows to part of archery season made that sport grow. If they put it only in gun season it would not have gotten as popular. Why do you xbow guys need the whole archery season? Just do both no big deal. Just like Most of us put the bows down for the gun season . Same deal.

Here is a question I would like to know is there one type of smokeless powder you can use to load shotgun and rifle bullets handgun bullets or are they all specific for 1 or the other . Seems like there specific is that correct .

I don't really care much just telling you why it is good for the sport if you have a separate seasons just to get kids into it as an incentive. Come on how many people would do archery if there was no archery season . You know what I mean . Same with muzzleloading season. It would be a lot less . It is what it is.

You said 40 years of crossbows in archery not me. And I'm sure the adding of compound bows to traditional archery Did not effect the number of guys that used a recurve either right lol Or what about scopes you think the introduction of scopes In hunting did not effect the number of guys using iron sites . Lol What about horse and buggy you don't think cars had something to do with them almost being gone do you . What ever is easier that is what gets used .

If it is all in one season no way to no that. Just like how would you no how many deer are shot with a 30-06 versus a 30 30 But nice try

I don't care if xbows kill my deer that's a silly argument because all any bow hunter has to do is buy a xbow and even the playing field that is what will happen the problem is that you will pretty much kill off the sport of traditional archery. There will be less incentive for kids to try out traditional archery if you don't give it its own season. Just imagine if you could use a gun in every season lol Who would use these other weapons almost nobody lol That is the issue really. It's not about who kills what deer . You want to really drop deer numbers give out more tags in gun season and make that longer .

The point of early archery season was to get people to get into the sport of traditioal archery . Now If you let even the young guys use a crossbow in all the season That is less people that will try out traditional bowhunting . The point is you need some incentive to get younger people into the sport . Or else almost nobody will try it . I can remember when I was a kid only getting into archery because I wanted to hunt more . Now if there was a xbow season in all of archery back then chances are I would have never gotten into traditional archery at all . It is the same with muzzleloader season No special season and you would almost have nobody getting into that sport either. When your older 60 plus then or disabled at that point im ok with that . But for the young just to get them into the sport of traditional archery you need that incentive I think.

To bad maybe they have a solution for that you would have to talk to them . Another thing good about solar is NO noise . My neighbor has generator backup system it makes a racket when its on .

Yes There is small game gun hunting and pest hunting going on almost all year round in most places now that you mentioned it . Probably has to more with the mass amount of hunters in the woods on opening weekend that spooks them .

That is true When that happens you have to push them drives and walk and stalk . But anyway you ask a hunter especially at the end of the season and he still got nothing if he would like to have more time gun hunting . Even if he had to pay extra for that privilege most Will say yes to it . And if you did it in x bow season guess what most guys will be out there with there guns not xbow lol and if you told them you could pay extra to gun hunt all of archery season. It would be that much worse Almost nobody would pick up any type of bow or crossbow for hunting in this state . It is what it is .

What is the reason need for full inclusion anyway ? If DEC really wants to get rid of more deer a longer gun season and more tags in it will do the job better then any XBow . If you want to promote traditional archery you need a season for it alone. Or else it becomes to much of a technology war . And less people will try to get into the sport of traditional archery . That is why these polls are always going to show more in favor for xbows then not . Everyone knows there easier to use . It's like asking a drunk if he wants more beer . disability or If your old like over 60 I believe you should be able to use one in all archery tho . I think for younger guys it would be good to keep at least part of the season just for traditional archery just to get younger hunters more reason to try it out at least and keep the sport growing. Think about it this way . if you could use gun in all seasons lol The numbers of any archery equipment used will dwindle to almost nothing . Lol

Don't know what exactly that lady problem was but shifty tenats often used that type of excuse to not pay there utility bill , utilitys company will send out someone to check most times tenate just a shift trying to get out of a bill lots of them don't even put there name on the mailboxes so they can't be tracked down easily by credit agencies Then you get the pack rats that you need to use a shovel to move the crap out of the way to get in the apartment But it don't matter because everyone hates the landlord.

So there you go it is probably In the lease she needs to give so much time . And unless you are renting for almost nothing up there in a bad part of town why would you move into a place that was not in good condition in the first place? Tell that to a judge you will probably get a laugh out of him unless this guy has a bad reputation with lots of violations on his RECORD you daughter is going to lose. I comes down to credibility sometimes college age kids aren't exactly known to be the most responsible people. Think animal house the movie . Who side you think the judge going to believe. Unless you have a really good proof written proof i would tell your daughter just to forget about it it's not worth wasting the time in court over it .

And what reason did she give ? What do you think a security deposit is for . Damages or she broke the lease agreement in some way . Did she have a lease? If yes ,if she left early she loses the security deposit automatically and even could be sued for all the months left on that contract.

He probably had to pay to fix the place up . That is why he Kept it . Yea if your the the tenant and you give notice but leave a dead cat in the fridgerator and a dump on the floor . Guess what your probably not getting all your security deposit back
