Need a new string

Well, shot about 100 arrows yesterday and when I finished shooting I noticed some fraying by my peep. The last thing I want is for my string to pop, so I think its time for a new string. Looking at the Vaportrail strings...any other suggestions?

Just talked to local archery shop and he recommended Sixty X bowstrings. Never heard of them, but he said he thinks they are better than the Vaportrail. Anyone use them?

No.... I use Winners Choice. Best string you can buy in my humble opinion.

Ordered the vapor trail vtx for my bow (diamond black ice flx) $96 shipped with a couple extras.

I dont know a whole lot about strings. In the past, when ever I needed a new string I would just go to the archery shop ( not Dick's or Gander) and have them put on what they recommended. Im sure the vapor trail vtx is a real good choice.

BTW I bought a new Diamond Stud year before last. These bows are awesome ! In the past I had always shot Hoyt but I like Diamond better.

I also switched from Hoyt to Diamond. I loved my Hoyt, but thought the Diamond had a smoother draw.

Chief, I have a set of 60x strings and cables on mine. They are great. When its time for new ones, Ill be going back to them for the new set.

WNYBuckHunter, I was going to order from them but they don't have online ordering. I really wanted to get them ordered so I can have the new string put on by the weekend so I went with the VaporTrail. I really don't like not being able to shoot. It bothered me so much that I went and bought a new target, lifetime bow hunting license, and some misc crap. Made me feel better momentarily. My bow looks good in my case, but I think it looks better in my hand!!
