Funniest part of the day was when we tracked down a wounded bird, my wife found it and instead of shooting it I sent her in to grab it by the neck because I thought it was almost dead and I couldn't get to it. She screamed and darn near fell over when the bird busted out of there and took off over her head, she missed needless to say. lol

No kidding, I knocked a good bunch of feathers off that one and it kept on going. Those dang straight away shots are the worst.

I plan on adding pics as the hunts go on this year.

Awesome, The bow shoot I went to couple days ago in Vernon Center has a pheasant hunt offered. I think I might check it out next year

I have heard about that place and want to check it out some day. This place I went to did fenced hunts and birds, big place with 1400 acres. Real nice bird fields and we found plenty of left overs from other hunts. Flushed 14 altogether and my dog had many points, we went all afternoon until the dog was wore out.
