I wouldn't be surprised if Pygmy has something for you. What about Google? I had a friend who used to make turtle soup out of snapping turtles. Unbelievable! Amazing! Delicious! tommyc50 Posted October 11, 2012 Share Posted October 11, 2012 red [tomato based ] or white [ new eng. style milk and potato based] chopino and boullabaise is tomato based use cheap saltwater fish whiting. ling searobins after you filet use the racks[ gut removed] and the heads split gills removed ,garlic ,onion, carrot, celery white wine water to cover tyme bay leaf a little old bay, you just made a stock , then strain add tomatoes and potatoes then at the end add some cod, walleye any FIRM white fish mussels clams shrimp recipe is not precise but you get the idea DONT USE OILYFISH[blues,salmon machrel] Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
