Senator Kathy Marchione has started a petition on her NY Senate site to repeal this bull. I think it has a much better chance than the impeachment petition, which ain't good but it feels good to sign it.

I called Senator's Marchione's a few minutes ago. The signature count is over 60,000. Not bad for a couple of days.

DO NOT STOP spreading the word and signing!!!!!!

....not all the signatures are from NY residents.... we need more NY signatures as well as those from other states to show support and make things happen. this isn't to do away with Cuomo's bill completely either... there are good points in it. there are issues with it that neither side likes. security and law enforcement is said to be limited by this as well. this bill was rushed through and shouldn't have been. with modifications both sides can be happy and more importantly safe.
