PREDATE
Hard to tell from the pic, there are 100's or even 1000's of possibilities. One cannot be positive without ascertaining characteristics such as, color, stem?, gills? , vulva? , spore color , smell Etc. Google Stinkhorn mushroom if you really want to be amused. growalot
OMG Predate stinkhorns...when we bought our first home in town the previous owner ...we found out later...had a giant maple fall through the corner of the house years before....so it was cut and the stump ground down...and what finally decided to grow from the rotting roots in the front lawn...dozens and dozens of those things...there was no killing them. The second year I made Mr B hire someone to come in and dig out the stump and remaining roots...town lot...took out the entire front yard 4 ft deep...we hauled every thing...including the dirt... away and replaced it...Thank Heavens we were in Construction..called in some favors on that one...they are just NASTY!..Neighbors had fun with some raunchy jokes though But the whole thing revealed that both the town water line from house to road and the sewer line had to be replaced because they were in bad shape....House was over a hundred years old.....that saved some major head aches from occurring..so I should give them kudos for that...
