Going crazy about DMPs

I am sitting here waiting for the DMP information to get released. Need to know what WMU i am going to try for this year. Man, it feels like the seasons coming so close and this info isnt up yet. Gonna pull all my hair out.

Anyone else?

Not really.

2 whole months to get licenses and DMPs. I don't get worked up over them because if I did, I probably would be irritated if I didn't get any.

The preference point system is crap IMO. In the past I've gotten 0 tags when I had points and other years score both choices when I have 0 points.

 Oh well, it is what it is.

I'll end up with 4 plus consignments...they dole them out like candy in my WMUs.

Nope. I always get 1 or 2 for 3N. I never use them. Always hope to see pieball doe or something. Never happens. Late in the season, I give them away on this site.

I guess the difference is that the 3 WMUs i hunt have different probability's every year. So i'm anxious to see what they will get this year.

DMPS are up. 1 of my areas went from High to Medium. 1 from Low to Medium. And 1 stayed at PP Required.

My area 4W went from low to Med, My other areas 3m and 1c are both high.

3m has quite a lot of DMP per square mile. But with only one public access.

1c always issues bonus DMP and always has left overs.
