TeeBugg
Found it about 50-60 yards in front of my stand this morning. Flopped it over an blood ran out of a hole behind his left shoulder. Not sure how long its been there...but none of the guys who hunt here shot it. Button buck :/

gastrodoc
This makes me sick. I hope to god the person that shot it didnt leave it because it was so small. Some hunters are real scumbags

Doc
Shot behind the left shoulder and diagonally through the body and out the guts? It couldn't have been that difficult of a tracking job. In fact is likely that that is right where he dropped. I think there's a pretty good chance that it was intentionally left.
orion
Don't know if that's exit wound or not. Looks like coyotes got to it. Why do people right away assume it was intentionally left. not tracked etc?

Why do people right away assume it was intentionally left. not tracked etc? Shot just behind the shoulder (according to the OP) with the bullet or slug traveling diagonally through the body (According to the picture)? .... I think it's a safe bet that it didn't exactly pose a real challenging tracking job.

Seeing the track record alone with folks in this site, I wouldn't put money that this was a lost deer that ran.
