the blur
I suggest you all read the DEC handbook. There is a lot of good information in there.
shawnhu
I suggest you all read the DEC handbook. There is a lot of good information in there. I suggest YOU read all those threads that imply a dead deer and advise them to fill out their tags while still in their tree stands before laying a hand on their injured game animals. Suilleabhain
another decent thread opened the portal to the other dimension-Bizzarro-World. Land of the lost threads. If a deer is headshot in the woods and nobody finds it, is it really dead?

JALA RUT
Your regular season tag is good during ml season. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I537 using Tapatalk So, if I understand this correctly; I could shoot a buck with the smokepole during muzzleloader season and use my regular season tag on the buck...I didn't know that... I thought I was stuck only looking for a doe during muzzle season because I used my bow/muzzle tag on a buck during bow season... Thanks for the info! cdmckane
Yes. Your regular season tag becomes an either sex tag during the late ML season in the SZ. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I537 using Tapatalk

Woodjr55
Side question. What's the point of taking the archery coarse when all you could do is buy a muzzleloading tag and it works for both
cdmckane
It's a bow/muzzleloader tag, but if you don't buy your bow license, you can't hunt the early bow or late bow/muzzleloader season with a bow. PREDATE
You can't bowhunt without taking the course and purchasing a bowhunting privilege tag even if you do have a bow/muzz tag
Suilleabhain
If I stick it in bow season but it runs off and then I hit him in rifle season but I kill him in muzzleloader do I have to tag him three times. Geez these threads get weird

cdmckane
If you read it. It says "Antlered deer only. EXCEPT may be used for antlered or antlerless deer as follows: during late seasons bow or ml with privileges. JJBat150
My bad. Started reading the exceptions and didn't see my WMU, so I never read them all. Has it always been this way? Or did late season regs recently change? Sent from my SGH-I927 using Tapatalk Edited December 8, 2013 by JJBat150

cdmckane
To be honest with you, I never noticed it until this year. But I can't guarantee it's new. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I537 using Tapatalk
