Carry Lite Deer Decoy, can be used as a 8pt buck OR a doe.  Tail and ears are also adjustable.  I'd consider this as in new condition.

 

Includes all parts, orange net mesh bag with carry straps, metal stakes, instruction and original box.

Is this the newer kind with the bungees inside the legs?

No.  The rear legs are individual and the front are an attached pair if that makes sense.  All pieces nestle into the body cavity; legs, head, horns, ears and tail.  Then it all can go in either the orange nylon net bag with shoulder straps or the box for storage.
