a little over 20 acres...couple of springs ...Norway spruce ..some mixed hard wood...house built in last 20 years he built the garage I think around 25 years ago...have no idea what the price will be or exactly when..Probably should have asked when he suggested we buy it and sell the this place next to lease( all our land is on separate deeds 4 parcels in all)...it would give us a gain of 10 - 11 acres his place is surrounded by us front and back.......but he mentioned in a few weeks...kids graduate this year

is the house situated in a way were he could sell the house and a small piece of land around it and sell the remainder of the land off to you separately? or maybe you could consider buying the whole lot and doing the same to make some $$ back..........that may be a good option, unless you don't want another neighbor.

No the nasty ppl are the lease guys...he actually had a good idea in selling to us and then us selling this house and lot...our home lot is 9 1/2 acres...Funny you mentioned your idea...Mr B asked me the same...but then that would just be a hassle...should he sell to a hunter...We may have some things to think about...but see our house...paid off and no mortgage is such a wonderful thing...lol
