Bleitten04
So I got a question. The fuller the moon the less day time deer activity there is, correct? Is this because there is more light at night and deer can see better?
WNYBuckHunter
Pretty basically, yep. There are theories that the amount of moonlight stimulates a gland in doe and pushes their bodies into estrous as well.
Bleitten04
WNY I believe that is true but I think it is sunlight that triggers it. I could be wrong though. I read it some where and it said, "light", so I just assumed sunlight!!!
