I doubt he eats much of that pig. Can't imagine a hog of that age being table fare. Most are buried.

What I hear about hogs is that it all depends. And size and sex don't play a major role. Some stink and because your sense of taste is affected by smell it results in undesired meat.

This is just what I've heard though. I have done no research
