Well yesterday was a good day. I moved from my spot and into a blind that is set up on a grass way between corn and bedding. I saw 5 bucks...no does. the two shooters wanted no part of the decoy and hung up at around 90 yards at a scrape. But this little spike was gutsey going nose to nose with the decoy. Wish the big boys did this...but i guess that is how they got big...lol

Buck decoy....in hind sight I probably should have removed the horns...maybe the big guys wouldn't have shyed away then...the spike pranced right up though....stupid youth...lol

Not sure. It isn't mine....some big buck something...lol. Never used one before but he had it at the blind I was going to....so I said...why not

One year while turkey hunting with a turkey decoy in a small clearing in the woods,I had a spike buck come in stomp ,grunt then trash the hell out of my decoy.I guess he thought the turkey was invading his territory.

I wanted to get it on video but it wasn't showing up...It was pretty cool seeing that little guy all puffed up...stomping and strutting like he was king $hit...lol. I think he was lucky the decoy wasn't real...must be he hadn't gotten his but whipped by one of the big boys there yet.

I was asking because I was thinking of getting one of those Primos blow up decoys after season is over. They are cheap and should be even less after season.

I was thinking about selling a old doe decoy ( I think it was a flambaeu). Think I will keep it, seems like their is hope.
