I don't have experience with the Primos one.  However, whenever I or someone else has used inflatable decoys they end up getting a hole in them or the wind takes them too much.  I've seemed to stick with the collapsible rubber ones.  they take a beating and the wind doesn't push them too much but still a enough not to be still.  the sun heats them right up and gets rid of any un natural bends in the rubber from being stowed away.

you can jam a stick on either side of the tail and prevent the rubber ones from spinning
