Looking for Reputable Logger-Allegany County

Thinking about having my property logged in Allegany County/ West Almond. Can anyone suggest a reputable logger? Thanks in advance, Uncle Nicky.

are you looking for a logger or forester... i have used both, if your not around and do not know your trees i recomend a forester. yes they take a percentage but also get you the best price. as well as take a bond on fixing roads and ruts... let me know which you prefer and i can send you contact numbers... most loggers look for timber value unless your the one marking your trees and you sell them as marked, where a forester will work with you for your personal goals, habitat, wildlife food, or timber value.or a combination of the three.. prices are up on many species and it is a good time to sell

best foresters i've used/seen  www.futureforestinc.com  out of naples ny but cover all western and central ny. i and several of my friends/neighbors use them. met them at landowner workshop and turkey federation workshop almost 20 years ago now.

Corry and his parents are personal friends of a good friend of mine.  He has set up deals for a few friends and done a couple deals for my uncle.  All have been pretty pleased.

 

IIRC he started with Bruce Robinson years ago.
