Fletch Posted September 23, 2014 Share Posted September 23, 2014 I have about 10-12 pounds of scrap left in the freezer I was going to make smoked peperoni sticks but am too short on time for that. Looking for a patty recipe. Not breakfast but something that would go good on a hamburger bun with a good mustard and fixins? Any ideas??
