You don't remember the guy who was caught with a tiger and caiman in his apartment in Harlem? Nothing surprises me anymore. I'm sure it was some guy who went to the Pocono's on vacay, came across a cub, bought it back thinking it'll make a great pet, then it died on him. Figured dumping it in Central Park is an easy way to get rid of the evidence.

Paper said the cub had cuts on it.

they also found one dumped on Sunrise Hwy on L.I. not to long ago....right near Southhaven Park, for anyone who knows the area.
