Game bird farms?

Anyone know of any bird farms(pheasant, chukar, quail) near hillsdale/copake falls/Armenia? The land we leased has been deemed a preserve which allows us to purchas and release live birds. Lidos is on the far side and that's the only thing i have come up with besides Quattros which only has pheasant.

Im pretty sure you can purchase game birds through the mail. Believe it or not.

Not sure how far it is but there is a pheasant breeder in Sharon CT

look up this guy.  i pretty sure he is in pleasant valley.  craigs pheasants.  he sells them to preserves i believe.
