Turkeys out and about.

Snapped a quick one through the window of my gun room this morning, the local birds out in the pasture scratching up some grub.

Home on the Range! I don't what there is about the shooting range but the local goofballs seem to like it out there especially on rainy days.

I seen 7 hens and 2 Toms Wednesday before Thanksgiving  walked through the clover.

Seen a sizeable flock  walking a field that a farmer spread manure on Wednesday in northern Erie County . Favored wintering area. Their had to be 50. Some nice Toms in the mix.

With like 4ft of snow ours are sticking pretty close to the woods and brushy creek lines. Scratching out a living for 6 more weeks. Per Phil anyways.

Nice big flock has been in a field by my house most mornings. I lost count at 50. I like what I see!

I was in Harrisburg driving and saw a lone gobbler with a 4 inch or so beard running across a field. He crossed the road into Someones yard . Maybe eating from a bird feeder or corn tossed out.

Nice to see as I'm from Pennsylvania and I rarely see turkeys.

That snow is 4-6 feet in the woods.The deer seem to be active and hare also.

My beagle likes to get down & into those snow holes .
