thphm Posted January 17, 2015 Share Posted January 17, 2015 I make mine a little different then most, I do vegies of choice in a pot with veg. stock by it self and the meat in an elec. crock set on low with cubed tomato or sauce and add spices, I find anything more then 3 to 3-1/2 hours tends to over cook the meat , then I take the meat from the crock pot and mix them with the vegies. and serve.
