stew meat recipes

hi i took out stew meat instead of steaks anyone have recipe for stew meat other than stew or goulash made  both already thank you

I make mine a little different then most, I do vegies of choice in a pot with veg. stock by it self and the meat in an elec. crock set on low with cubed tomato or sauce and add spices, I find anything more then 3 to 3-1/2 hours tends to over cook the meat , then I take the meat from the crock pot and mix them with the vegies. and serve. I do not use starch or flower.

A good vegetable venison soup goes good this time of year. Just find a good vegetable beef recipe and use venison instead of beef. you may have to simmer the venison a little longer than beef, before adding the veggies.

get the newyork state fair speedie sauce soak meat in sauce for few days dump meat and all in cast iron frying pan simmer till the sauce turns in to a gravy serve over buttered noodles or buscaits i use my fire place too simmer the meat its very good
