They dont have a plan because they don't have data- they have aspirations for license sales and instance company contributions

Here is something interesting on page 55 Allow Bow Hunting in Nassau County.

We seen them quite often on the beaches while surfcasting but never thought it would happen.

If you would have told me 10 years ago that we could use rifles in most of the WNY counties I would have called you a liar and told you that you were full of BS.

 

NOW, it looks like Genesee County could be getting rifle too.

The deer plan was put together before two of the worst winters we've had - this is where we will see if hurst has the brains to rethink all of the lagging approaches 'cause it's all different now
