Funny…But the fact is that the Government controls more than 90% of the tinfoil distribution in the U.S. As silly as it sounds tinfoil is in high demand, world wide. Most countries don't even produce it. Under CF-144, George W. Bush made it impossible to export tinfoil without Governmental approval. The amount of all U.S. produced foil is submitted to the Government each week. The government then tells the manufacturer how much they can sell, and  to what nation it can be sold to, and how much the manufacturer must hold in reserve.

that's because they don't want too many people making tinfoil hats....

Any paranoid worth his salt would have 22's (for currency) and aluminum foil (for Hats) stocked up! In fact with aluminum foil, library paste and old Cosmopolitans you can make body armor...
