Nope.  Our local paper ran that photo on the front page.  I had the same reaction.  My wife posits it as the only photo from some officers phone that didn't feature gratuitous high fiving or flexing.

Looks like a trophy catch.  Nothing wrong with being happy about finding a killer!  Happy they finally got him!  Sure many others are too!
