Not sure but that location is a shared link.  Like sharing a post on facebook.  Maybe he shared your posts?

Clean your temp internet files, cookies and see if that  helps Paula, I do not think it is anything to worry about, glitches and accidental clicks on a link and weird things happen.  Not something I would worry about, if you are really concerned talk to one of the admins.  They can tell you why it would appear.

That's why it opened a delicious app page when clicked on.

 

If everyone is seeing something like that then it means the site forum software is serving the wrong image instead of the right one.

If only one user is seeing it I suspect a caching issue on that users machine.
