Hard to say what the antlers will do next year or the year after.

...what WNYBuckHunter said.  haven't yet seen a buck 2.5+ that doesn't grow some later on.  I've seen bucks hold very short ones for a couple years before they get some length.

Here's an older buck with no brows.

The section of woods I hunt yearly don't see to produce great brow points on a consistent basis.

Here's 3 more with brows but fairly small ones.

All 4 of these bucks were taken on same 8 acre piece of property, so I assume genetics and/or nutrition is the reason?
